At Luzytee, we take pride in the quality and comfort of every shirt we create. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If the shirt you receive does not meet your expectations, we have a clear and fair return & refund policy to support you.

Please review the policy below carefully to understand the process for returning and refunding shirts purchased from us.

1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns

To be eligible for a return, your shirt must:

  • Be within the 90-day return period.

  • Remain in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and without stains.

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase.

Shirts that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Return Procedure

A. Returns due to Luzytee’s Fault (Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item)

We consider it our responsibility if you receive a shirt that is:

  • Defective (misprint, stitching error, fabric flaw).

  • Damaged during shipping (torn, stained, ripped).

  • Incorrect (wrong size, style, or color from your order).

Cost: Free ($0). Luzytee will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Solution: You may choose:

  • A replacement shirt (if available), or

  • A full refund, including the original shipping fee.

B. General Returns (Change of Mind, Wrong Fit, No Longer Needed)

If the shirt is in good condition but you no longer want it:

  • Cost: Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Solution: Once we receive and inspect the shirt, we will refund the product value (excluding the original shipping fee).

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Gift Cards

  • Final Sale Shirts (clearance or last-chance items)

  • Shirts that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Damaged shirts due to improper use or handling

4. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Email: [email protected] within 90 days of receiving your shirt.

  • Provide: order number and reason for return.

  • For defective/damaged shirts: attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Step 2: Receive Instructions

  • Our Customer Support team will reply within 1–2 business days.

  • If it’s Luzytee’s fault, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

Step 3: Pack & Return the Shirt

  • Pack the shirt securely, preferably in its original packaging.

  • Include all labels and proof of purchase.

5. Money Back Guarantee
  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 5 business days after we receive and confirm the condition of the returned shirt.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Store credit is available only if you specifically request it.

  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

6. Restocking Fee

Luzytee does not charge any restocking fees for returned shirts.

7. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be processed the same day.
